Multifactor Authentication with IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
Verification codes are sent by Voice call to the user's registered cell phone via voice call.
The figure below illustrates the configuration of the IVR method for 2FA.
On your dashboard page, go to Physical Verification Setup and select Configure button under the IVR Recognition option.
By default, the registered mobile number is pre-filled. This number will be used send voice calls. Of course the number can be edited, if need be. Click on the "Send Verification Code" button, for testing.
Check the code in the voice call, received on your phone. Enter this code here and hit verify.
We have now set up IVR as the 2nd factor for the authentication.
Login with passwordless authentication then enter your email and click Proceed. Select IVR Recognition to login. This sends a one time code to your phone which was configured earlier.
####Step 2 Simply enter the code received as voice call in your phone here and hit the Verify button.
You have now successfully logged in to the application/web portal.
